A+++ customer service does not even do this review justice. I was moving to the Houston, TX area, and planned on purchasing a used Travel Trailer from another dealer in the area. I was assured that the unit was “just as good as the pictures showed.” That was not the case. It was 4pm on a Saturday, and since my previous deal fell through, I didn’t know where else to turn. Joe and his crew went above and beyond. I called and talked with them over the phone, and they gathered information of what I was looking for, price range, and financing, to take delivery THAT DAY since I had planned on staying in it, and already had a pad at a local resort. They were able to get me into a brand new 2017 unit, in my price range, but it would not be ready for delivery on Saturday because of the inspections (and it was 8pm once everything was signed and done.) They offered to pay for my hotel, and came in on Sunday morning and got it ready, and delivered it to my pad, hooked everything up, and showed me how to work everything!! They even came out on Tuesday with some parts I needed for the sewer, for free!. Best customer service ever! I wish all dealerships were like this!

Everything that you might stress out about when buying something large like this they handled with ease. We’ve had an RV for years, but they really did everything they could to help us through the process and ease our minds. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed into something I didn’t love. I was sold when I saw the RV of my dreams and then they just kept making it better, giving us a starter pack. The whole process start to finish was very easy and I couldn’t be happier in my new camper.

They are the best rv service and sales center in the Cleveland tx area. We have bought multiple campers from them and always received great sales and service prices for our area. I would definitely recommend going and seeing Calob in service or Jay in sales for all your RV needs.

We took our RV in for service today and Caleb and his crew were AWESOME! They actually fixed our problem while we waited. Everyone there was super nice. I would have no problem recommending them and we will certainly use them again if our RV needs repairs.

Great service had slide toppers installed on my 374BHS they always go above and beyond,had one issue with warranty clam after talking with the GM Cannon it was quickly taken care of.

We were very pleased with their service. They fixed our Jaco RV even though they didn’t sell that brand. we were traveling and had an issue with our RV and stopped there, and they fixed it, and didn’t charge us anything.

My wife and I purchased our 2104S Rockwood from RV Station in Nacogdoches, TX in August 2019. I live just under 400 miles from this dealership. I searched the internet and deals in my surrounding area for this trailer. I reached out to Harry at the Nacogdoches dealership about the unit on his lot. He answered all my questions and I had many questions. I was able to negotiate the sale of the unit completely online. I remember telling Harry if I’m going to travel 400 miles for the trailer, this had better go right with no surprises. Harry greeted me when I arrived and walked me through the trailer, and all was as promised. I remember Harry stressed we strive to take care of our customers before and after the sale.
